At Auralia Nail, we understand that you may need to update or cancel your order. Please review the policy below carefully.
ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION WINDOW
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After this time, your order will be locked for processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
HOW TO REQUEST CHANGES
To request a cancellation or modification, please contact us as soon as possible:
Include:
- Order number
- Full name on the order
- Details of the requested change (cancel / edit order)
👉 We will confirm once your request has been successfully processed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- After 2 hours, orders are automatically sent into production or fulfillment, especially for handcrafted and custom nail sets, and cannot be modified.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started, as they are made specifically for you.
- During peak seasons (holidays, sales campaigns), modification requests may:
- Delay production time
- Extend shipping timelines
We cannot guarantee delivery timelines for orders that require changes during these periods.
