Refund & Replacement Policy

At Auralia Nail, we take pride in creating premium, handcrafted press-on nails. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any issues fairly while maintaining a clear and transparent policy.


30-DAY SUPPORT POLICY

We offer support within 30 days from the delivery date for the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged, defective, or broken
  • Item differs from the description or customization
  • Incorrect or mismatched size (based on your order)
  • Missing or lost items

👉 For eligible cases, we will offer:

  • Free Replacement (one time per order) OR
  • Store Credit (equivalent to the product value)

📌 Store Credit can be used for future purchases and will not expire.


IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

  • Only ONE replacement per order is allowed
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds (if approved in special cases) will exclude shipping costs

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

All custom-made / personalized nail sets are:

Non-refundable
Non-exchangeable

👉 Because these products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.


NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

We do not accept refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery
  • Incorrect selection of:
    • Size
    • Product
    • Shipping address
    • Custom details
  • Slight color differences due to screen/lighting
  • Damage caused by:
    • Improper use
    • Incorrect application or removal
    • Poor maintenance
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Personal reasons:
    • Change of mind
    • Not liking the style

👉 In these cases, we may offer Store Credit (case-by-case) as a goodwill gesture.
